In 1990, he was appointed General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Delsey Italia, transforming the subsidiary from a family-run business into a managerial structure and more than doubling its turnover in just four years. 1994 marked a key transition: he became Managing Director of Timberland Europe. Here he built teams and offices, expanded the product range, launched direct retail and accompanied the expansion into complex markets such as Japan. In just four years, he doubled European turnover and was recognised by the press as one of the architects of the brand's rebirth. After his experience with Timberland, in 1999 the Trussardi family entrusted him with the reorganisation of the group, giving him responsibility for centralising style, supply chain, marketing and sales, as well as launching new product divisions and strengthening internationalisation, particularly in Asia.
From 2002 onwards, he embarked on a career as a consultant and business developer, working with SMEs and multinationals in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, particularly in delicate phases of relaunch, repositioning and opening new markets. At the same time, he founded and developed a holding company in the premium food & beverage sector in Lebanon, Tunisia and Morocco. In recent years, he has consolidated his business in Italy with Taras Consulting, where he is CEO, operating as a fractional/operating partner: not just an advisor, but an operational manager who supports company management in defining strategy, governance and implementation. Throughout his career, he has maintained a constant focus on social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, anticipating corporate welfare models and promoting initiatives such as the Themis Foundation, created to transfer managerial logic to social projects.
